The app required internet connection to run, but most of the tower didn't provide WiFi. So I downloaded the app in the reception where there was WiFi and then couldn't use it to learn about the tower as intended. This is a little design flaw that isn't a fault of the app itself but rather the system around it. Suggested solutions: (1) Make the app download enough guide content to be usable without internet connection; (2) Extend WiFi coverage to the whole tower.
Unfortunately, BelfortApp stopped 3 times. Uninstalled.
