The MyProximus app offers you an overview of your subscriptions and much more, at all times. It allows you to:
• keep track of your monthly data usage, calling minutes and text messages, or check your credit balance;
• buy an additional mobile data volume if you have exceeded the data volume included in your mobile subscription;
• consult and pay your bills directly via the app;
• pay your bills in a few clicks by installing the Bancontact app;

• top up your or a family member's Pay&Go card;

Trying to reschedule an appointment it takes forever to find available time slots, if it does at all, it timed out multiple times. When I finally do get to the next page it asks me when I'm available, as soon as I click on a week and select "Confirm Modification" the window closes and takes me back to the original date (which we didn't agree on either, but that's a fault on their website, not their app).

Terrible experience. Always the same message:oops, something went wrong, technical error. You cannot use any features, always tech error. Horrible

Hi YP, can you start the app and next shake with your mobile device. Will will then receive a bug report directly from your device. Regards, Dave

Old version I used was horrible I couldn't log in easily, it took some time now I'm logged out fast but juste 1 second after I'm un logged.
