Simple to use and interesting in terms of discount.

3 stars because there is no option for English language. With so many international users living in Belgium, adding a 3rd language should have been a priority. 2nd reason: there is no option to deactivate emails of receipts after a purchase. If I want to see a receipt, I see it through the app. No reason to send me an email too with an attachment (digital economy is important for the environment)

Everytime I want to place an order it bounces me around multiple check-out (ad) environments while not holding the reserved slot. I don't mind the idea of upselling but at least keep our slot reserved while doing so. Don't allow us to finish our order a few minutes before midnight and cancel the order because the app makes it impossible to breeze through check-out.

In deze nieuwe versie ontpopt de Xtra-app zich steeds meer tot jouw persoonlijke shoppingassistent, zo krijg je menusuggesties gebaseerd op jouw persoonlijke zoekopdrachten te zien en worden reacties op promo’s van concurrenten in de Colruyt-omgeving nog meer in de verf gezet. Makkelijker én voordeliger .
