This app is an eyesore. When it works it is glitchy and counter intuitive. Not user friendly at all. But you don't have to worry too much as it doesn't work most of the time.
DO NOT USE THIS RUBBISH APP We made 2 bookings using this app. One said they had to post is the tickets as this was the only option (in 2016!) and the tickets never arrived. We had to buy new tickets at the station. The 2nd booking was an "e-ticket" with instructions to collect at the station. The machine didn't accept our reference. We went to the office and were told we needed to print our "e-tickets" at home and could not do it at the station. Grr! That is not an "e" ticket! Unless using TGV just get your tickets at the station.
It erroneously says that train tickets are not available for booking for the dates given, even though tickets for the same train can be booked online.
Useless. Cannot import the tickets Ive purchased
You can't book seat reservations if you have an interrail ticket.

New user-friendly improvements
We have made some changes to our app and fixed some bugs, which we hope will enhance your experience! These include:
o Improved functionality to make it easier if you want to remove passengers from your booking
o The ability for you to remove any of your recent journeys
o The addition of card fees on the confirmation mail so everything is more transparent
