Used to work, not anymore. Living in Flanders. Gas and electricity digital meters. Access given via Fluvius a long time ago. Since last update the app is in a loop asking username and password. Language is not selectable. Phone setup language is English, the app defaults to Dutch (why? why not French?). English not available. ENGIE keeps answering FR and NL are official laguages. Really? Brussels... Capital of Europe, ENGIE multinational cannot offer English? German is also official...

Good application for visualisation of energy consumption. Nice to have feature: expected total per month graph based on data of previous year, day/night temperature in the district, data could be obtained from KMI. This graph can be useful for EPC efficiency analysis. Also, the expected yearly total price must be explained with complete price structure, BTW. Advice to change prepay amount do not matched with data from past year obtained via EnergyID app, parallel analysis of the data.

Hi Dmytro, the costs you see in the app are your personal costs, not only for the energy part, but also for distribution, transport and taxes, based on your personal distribution grid operator.

App is only available in dutch (or at least after installing it) There is no option to set the language I read some comments by the devs saying after login the language changes. Logging in in dutch was super difficult but even after that the app is still in dutch
