Good idea poor execution Doesnt accurately subtract from inventory when making bullet batches. No way to take a photo of target instead you have to use the preloaded targets, what a pain!! The idea of this app is one that could be useful however it doesnt work properly. Also i dont know what the unlock is for so i wont be buying it untill i know what im paying for.
Needs fix for component tracking As many others have reported, this app doesn't subtract correctly from component inventory when logging ammo batches (it always seems to subtract one more primer/bullet/whatever than it should). I haven't checked if it has any subtraction errors for powder inventory. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to take and store target photos in the shooting log.
Has potential but can't recommend I used this religiously for over a year and paid for it. It does a good job tracking reloading inventory and shooting history EXCEPT that there is no way to back up and restore the data, even if you've copied the entire phone contents to your computer. I emailed the developer about this and received no response. It also rounds up entries in thousandths to hundredths. For example, crimps of 0.474" and 0.468" are listed as 0.47. For that reason, it fails as a bench side reloading aid. It's too bad because this app has so much potential and would be ideal for reloaders. Unfortunately, I think these are critical weaknesses make this app a waste of time to use because you'll eventually lose everything.
Thought this was the app I have been looking for but after installing and using the app I found that it didn't subtract the inventory correctly. This could be a great app with a little polishing. Tried to contact the developer but no response. I will keep looking.
No trial Can't load enough info to work 1 solution. No try, no buy. Don't bother unless you get the full version. I guess the ads don't cover the development.
Limited Very short list of calibers.
* Shooting History report feature that will export an HTML report (with target images) in a subfolder of the ShootersLog folder of your device external storage.
* Powder quantity is now handled by the application and your are now able to choose consumption multipliers in the application settings (added for all components, default to 1.0).
* The settings allow you to choose the preferred ammunition type (Factory or Commercial), according to your profile (reloader or not).
