The SoftPOS by Europabank app turns your smartphone into a mobile payment terminal for secure contactless payments, eliminating the need for an additional POS terminal.
To pay, customers simply hover a contactless credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or debit card (with Maestro, Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit functionality), smartphone or smartwatch over the device on which SoftPOS by Europabank is installed. As with other contactless payments, customers may be asked to enter their PIN in certain cases.
SoftPOS by Europabank is immediately available for Europabank's payment service clients. Simply download the app and sign in using your password and the email address you used to register with Europabank. If you have not yet set a password, you can do so by clicking the Choose/reset password button.
