Not as good as first thought - needs work When I first got this I thought it was ok, it had a lot of info I needed, and GI information, which is something other apps didn't have. Time has shown how limited the app is at this stage. There are a couple of crashes, the database is pretty small, and it takes up too much room on the phone and cannot be moved to sd card. The developer has not replied to an email addressing these concerns, which doesn't bode well for continued support. I had to remove the app to make room for apps I needed for managing my diabetes, of which this was of not enough use. If this app is updated, problems fixed and the developer takes a more active role, I will install again and give a better rating.
Really recommend for diabetics Fantastic application, really recommend for diabetics. Has a good database of foods. Excellent information on each food type including GI and carbohydrate count.
How can everything be counted as having 12.5 g of carbs this could have a detremental effect on blood glucos levels very disappointed in this app uninstalled ASAP
Rubbish No meats at all. Very,very weird foreign food. Everything us 12.5g carbs as well whuch I don't understand? You cant input your own amounts? Useless. Uninstalled immediatly.
Bad app sweet bee 12.5 carbs on all foods is absolutely wrong. This is very bad for diabetics who must know exact carb counts.
Where's the beef? I could find no meat products listed. Does that mean meat has no carbs? To extrapolate if something is not on list is it carb free?
