Huge watermark over the photos, hard to even see my baby. I shouldn't have to pay to upgrade my account to see photos of my own baby.

paid for premium 4 times still says im on free account. won't give me my sonograms to download or let me remove the giant watermark they place over my images. No way to contact support.

Require all your information for research purposes. Can update private policy at anytime without notice. You are encouraged to discover if the policy changed. Only a third of the profile fields are required but if all are not entered, it will not work. Customer support will not tell you this, they keep reissuing token and stop responding to help. Profile musts: your address, dob, email, due date. Per private policy may collect credit card info. Give your identity to see a picture of your baby.
