Works good on my phone, but I downloaded to use on my Android TV box to get content on it. Unfortunately, in Android TV the GUI does not work. The start and user buttons are completely missing, and also there is no way of opening the menu with the remote control. I also tried a bluetooth mouse, and it's still the same. No way to start the service, and no way to open the menu. If the developer fixes this, then I guess it will be a really good option to use with Android TV
Works well enough, and has some useful security features. Works very well with FileZilla. But frankly, I'm using either network shares or the anonymous ftp built into Solid Explorer more often, and I've had disconnection problems with this that SE's very basic ftp server does not have.
Function well enough for personal use Using over WiFi as very good option to share file of my mobile and from other devices. Anonymous renaming has some problems but that's fine I know where the new folder is created.
I just paid for the pro version, but FTPS connection fails with the message: "GnuTLS error -110: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated." I hope the app provides a default (internal) certificate so that the user do not have to make their own to enable FTPS. It requires lots of work.
Tried a few and this ticks all the boxes, also fast. However doesn't seem to run on an S7 (rooted or not) - says "Unable to start service (invalid argument)."
Previously gave it 1 star for hosts file check Seems like its no longer there, the app is convenient, unlike many other FTP servers for Android, root access works nicely. Will buy a pro primarily for the WiFi whitelist.
- Fixed the start/stop UI issue
- Preliminary Android 5 support (may not work with root yet)
- Optimized layout for tablets
- Fixed a problem with in-app purchase restore
- Google Play Services updated
- Minor UI changes
