1 star. This is already the third time the app has forced me to go through the whole verification process again — taking photos of my ID and a selfie. After that, it works for 2 days and then breaks again. The verification process is also extremely slow and clunky. On top of that, you seem to have maintenance or backups during the evenings, making banking at night almost impossible. Very disappointed.

I like the app a lot, but have some suggestions: 1. when transferring money to another account, it would be great if we could scan the IBAN instead of entering it manually 2. provide an option to buy a vignette within the app 3. notifications when an income is received, would be even greater if notifications can be used as reminders for payments (electricity bill, etc.) 4. (bug) opening Profile and then navigating back lands on home but bottom nav icon from previous screen is still highlighted

Edit - There is no other app with so many bugs (again, 6 months after the initial). I cannot approve any online payments between 22-4 because the app simply doesnt receive the push. When making transfers, the keyboard pops up on top of the amount and cant see what Im typing. Security wise - why there is a pin on the login options? You really think 6 digits that everyone around me can see is better than biometric or user/pass? Get yourselves some experienced devs and pay them properly...
