Ratings and reviews

Awful experience. Prices mostly bigger than in offline stores. A popular electric kettle may costs you €35 while others sale it for €25. There are malfunctioning products that have been withdrawn from sales due to improper operation. The warranty is questionable or minimal. Prices for leftovers may skyrocket - check to switch traders all the time. Small products can be silently substituted (not bad, actually). Search filtering is poor. I wish this store to be better than now.

The app is fine, but the service recently deteriorated greatly. There is absolutely no option for receiving any kind of support when the delivery fails (because of the provider) - no support phone, no online chat with a person, no option to wait in line for chat with a person, no email, not even contact form - absolutely no support whatsoever.

If I could leave less then 1 star i would. Emag is consistently working with scammers that are sending cheap knock off products different from the ones you have ordered. I have bought and returned multiple things due to that and have tried to report that but they just don't publish the reviews because it is "against the terms and conditions" and are continuing to work with and promote the scammers even placing "wow offer" badges on the fake products. I definitely do not recommend.
