3 orders, 3 times problems. Wrong delivery adress, wrong courier.. Misleading information for availability of product, 1 month and still no refund.. Misleading info for delivery, canceletion of the order at the last day for delivery date. The app itself is absolute disaster in terms of tracking and managing orders, the chat bot is lost of time, the info in their backend systems seems to be totally diferent from what you got in the client profile.. uninstall and never again

Nice app and online shop. Relatively cheap prices for decent quality goods. Support is also responsive and fast, when needed. Thank God, it is seldom needed 😀 I also like delivery options: I can order courier delivery to my door, use delivery firms, and even free delivery to post boxes in my city (the ones where you should grab your order from the box yourself. Overall great experience, app is fast and easy to use, so cheers to product mangrs and designers as well. Keep up the good work guys!

Too much absolutely redundant statements: it is rather difficult to reach the really essential information trough them. All descriptions should be maximally informative (as if each word costs $10 to eMag )
