Favourites are still disappearing though the items ARE STILL AVAILABLE. Additionally, during payment, quickly changing screens to get a one-time code from the bank leads to a blank page when returning to Remix, causing orders to fail (you have to wait for the order to auto-cancel before reusing vouchers). Disappointed by the unhelpful response from the developer, as it doesn't address the practical challenges of confirming payment with the bank without leaving the payment page.

I have sent 4 items to sell 3 of these items were new. They accepted only one. They declined all the three NEW items (one with a tag). The reason for that was that they have visible marks of using. You have no choice of contacting them. I can only send it back for 9 euros. Never sell there any of your clothes because they are scammers.

There is a bug in the app which every time you input your bank account and name when you are filling out the return form, the app deletes your name from the text box and tells you that you didn't input your name effectively preventing you from having your money transferred straight into your bank account. I had to use the virtual wallet option instead when returning goods which is quite irritating. Also I couldn't find any report problem option in the app itself so that's why I'm writing here
