my wife and i loaded the app on our phones. Both of us tried to input a card into the wallet. We each got the spinning arrow but the program never goes beyond that. Backing out and trying again, the arrow is still there, spinning. shuttong it down and restarting just gives the same result. One star since i cant even use the app. Sorry

I had a trip that couldn't actually start because the break would not disengage. I was charged three minutes plus the booking fee to not go anywhere. And when I tried to use the support system, it just took me to the AI bot and I couldn't enter my issue. There should be a system to recognize when a trip doesn't go anywhe and not charge in that scenario. I didn't even voluntarily pay. I was hoping that a human would review the trip trouble-ticket. But 24 hours later, it charged automatically.

Nice and new scooters with wide handle bars, large front wheels and front suspension, good breaks, but with slightly poor turning angles. Very poor area coverage (for now). Location is updated very slowly and because of this the service thinks you are in a slow zone or in a no parking zone. After reaching my destination I had to keep going to find an acceptable parking spot to avoid paying the extra €10, and that's because of the location services that did not update my location.
