In infoBoard WorkingSchedule we combine all components from the infoBoard product family. Plan your own tasks and create appointments, record your working hours and attendance. Many great features related to the infoBoard planning board are brought together in this app.
WorkingSchedule offers you:
Scheduling personal tasks and appointments, in list view and in calendar format:
• Move, color, rename all your planning objects, adjust your downtime or simply get a quick overview of all your personal tasks
Attendance recording and comprehensive evaluation with the TimeTracker module:
• Clock in from anywhere, with or without location tracking
• Evaluate your daily, weekly and monthly working hours in charts and keep an overview of your overtime
• NEW: Generate individualized hourly invoices for selected periods and export them
Vacation management including vacation account and overview:
• Edit or request your vacations and get an overview of your current vacation account
• Check the vacation calendar to see which days are occupied or plan bridging days into your vacation

• Comprehensive planning options, as you know them from the infoBoard Client
• Drag&Drop of planning objects with precise placement and adaptive displacement, as well as taking all object dependencies into account

• Easily drag and place object templates from the panel
• Pointer function: Press and hold the empty planning surface and get a pointer with which you can quickly move over planning objects to get all the necessary information compactly while looking at a larger time frame
