About this app

Workout For Charity ... and improve the physical, mental and social wellbeing of yourself, your family, friends, colleagues and local community. Improving your physical, mental & social wellbeing means less use of the NHS, improved mood, more contribution to the local community & lots more.

A Referral code is needed to sign up. To get yours contact us, your Trainer or an existing user.

This is for everyone, all inclusive, all abilities, all budgets.

Jōbu uses behavioural science to encourage you towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Jōbu guides you to appropriate, enjoyable physical activity sessions, on your own or with friends, run by Super Trainers which suit you and which can quickly and easily be booked.

Just 3-6 minutes to register and if you would like to join in, the first intro session is usually free, plus many Super Trainers offer regular free sessions. If you want more, and who doesn’t, then you will need a credit/debit card to book sessions.

For taking part Jōbu gives you Charity Credits to donate to a charity of your choice. Bonus credits are given for using Jōbu in a way that most improves your physical, mental and social wellbeing.

For Super Trainers – Sign up can be 5-9 minutes, with 4-8 minutes for calendar setup. Jōbu is free for existing clients. For new clients using the booking service, marketing, promotions, managing the booking process, free flyers, free workshops to local businesses, managing referrals, befriending and rewards programs and supporting charities, Jōbu passes on 80.7% of the session/class price to the Trainer and collect a service contribution amount of 19.3% (includes transaction fee). Super Trainers also choose a charity to support.

Jōbu helps you help your clients and grow your client base. In addition the Jōbu team are working with organisations, employers, local government to promote the app and local Super Trainers.

At Jōbu we research the nudges which help more people live healthier, happier lives. We provide free webinars and workshops to organisations, employers, local government, physical activity trainers/instructors/coaches... This includes; self determination, motivation, rewards (extrinsic & intrinsic), goals (physical, mental & social), influence, enjoyment and practical techniques to nudge yourself/others to be more active more often.

This app is exactly what I needed to plan my fitness activities and classes. Its super efficient and easy to use, finding me local PTs and instructors with a variety of sessions available. Working out and supporting charities has never been so easy!

Absolutely love this app! Amazing concept behind it promoting community physical mental social wellbeing! A must for local fitness professionals and for members of the general public! In the process we get to help some inspirational charities. What more could you possibly ask for 🤪🔥😅✅️🙌🙌❤️🥳
