Ratings and reviews

This app just has tons of problems. I use it because I have a catalog there, in spite of the following issues: - long load times whenever you between it and other apps - sometimes you turn the page, and the app doesn't display the new page. If you try again, it will skip the one you actually intended to read next. - Audio books are a disaster. Chapters are untitled track numbers, and they aren't even labeled the same on the chapter vs the Table of Contents. It is a bare-bones UI.

The app will lock your account with the wrong password too many times. This doesn't seem bad, but you need a new complex password every time. It's super easy to get stuck in a loop of getting locked out of your account and contacting support. But, customer support ONLY needed my email address to unlock my account. What's the point of all this when there's such a massive security hole?! Everyone's account can be hacked 100% just with the email address?! Come on, guys!! Do better.

App has stopped working. My books are frozen, keep rebooting and cannot turn the pages, Stuck on the same page or two. it worked fine till the recent update. I have reinstalled several times with no luck. I have contacted customer service with no luck. Followed all the recommendations and it still won't work on my phone. This is a recent problem so I think it's the latest update that is causing all the problems. Until they create a fix and update the app again it will remain a one rating.
