You now have a new password recovery option from Mobile Banking. You can also do it from Online Banking or contact us at our Help Desk, and we'll be happy to help you.

Ratings and reviews

The app is extremely slow to load the login screen. Also many times when making a QR transfer I received the message that the push feature to receive a token is not available and I'm asked to try later. It's so disappointing when I'm trying to make a payment outdoors not to have a reliable application to access my money.

Keep getting messages that the amount I'm trying to transfer exceeds my daily limit when it doesn't. Asked to clean cache, clean data but nothing solves the issue. Phone support doesn't have idea what to do
