Terrible app and bank. Been with this bank for several years. Can't wait to switch. Where the app is concerned, half of the time I cannot log on to my account. After using the app it pops up randomly on my phone on its own unless I force close it. The bank charges me for checking. I'm supposed to have over draft protection but it turns out using that costs just about as much, and the company emails me continuously about customer satisfaction surveys. I have done them, no noticeable changes about what I rate poorly. So long BOA!

great app with one exception please add the fingerprint to log in like all IPhone users can do. Many banks do this now including Bank of America. it worked great when I banked with them. Security is very important to me especially on a mobile device. when will the fingerprint be added ? I know it has been on the IPhone version for a while now. thanks. there have been 2 updates and still not added as extra security
App doesn't work! I sign in , take pic of first deposit, and the app goes back to the sign in page!
Great app It works great !! I can access my 3 accounts in one place, make transfers and check my transactions daily, love it!
Useless App is always unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience is the most I get out of this! Pointless!
