Works better after update. The update is nice, for those having trouble making deposits, go into deposit settings and TURN OFF the auto capture feature. God forbid any of you people do a little looking before complaining. Also, if the app is force closing while attempting to take a pic for a deposit a simple work around is to turn the flash on (little icon in upper right of camera screen).
Doesn't work It took 2 years to get mobile deposit working. Since it started working you guys "fixed" it some more so now it crashes after it automatically takes a picture. I tried turning off auto picture and auto flash, I'm done with BOK now, local branch closed so no point in doing online banking with an establishment that can't make a functional app and charges fees for every thing
Okay Was a great app. Most recent update changed the mobile deposit feature so that the app will take the picture for you, however it will not take the picture so you have to wait several minutes for the app to decide it can't take the picture and then it lets you take the picture. I should be able to decide if I want to take a picture myself or let the app do it. The app should NOT decide that for me. It does not make it easier it just waste time. Other than that all other features seem to work great.
Mobile Deposit Upgrade Stinks The old manual mobile deposit worked just fine, now it it takes twice as long because the auto snap shot has to fail before a manual snap shot can be taken, and the auto snap shot fails every time, and the auto snap shot turns on my flash for every pic so it runs the battery down fast, please fix.
Tired of it popping up I will change my 1 star rating once this issue is addressed. When you exit out of the app it should automatically exit you out for safety and security. And when I do exit out 2-5 mins later it pops up when I'm doing other things and asks me if I'd like to close. The app should already be closed. Or when I try to exit it should give that option so it doesn't have to ask later. It comes up at the inconvenient times.
