Successful deposit, first try! Good job on fixing the deposit snafu. Working great now!
Needs bugs fixed App is crashing every time I try to add/edit my alerts. Alerts are my main reason for using the app so without them the app is practically unusable for me. Also, I keep getting notifications almost every day informing me that my savings account is below $50 when I know it's not.
A good mobile experience This is overall a very useful app, but the new update has made my mobile deposit experience a bit of a headache. The "auto-pic" feature simply does not work. It struggles to do its job; ultimately defaulting back to me taking the picture myself. Luckily there is an option to switch back to a default manual-camera setting.
Need to update app/APP NOW WORKS!!!! This worked before...now it doesn't. Google Nexus phone was recently updated. All other apps work great except this one. Guess I'll be uninstalling this app for good since BOK refuses to update. Had to change my rating...deposit will not work.
Works better after update. The update is nice, for those having trouble making deposits, go into deposit settings and TURN OFF the auto capture feature. God forbid any of you people do a little looking before complaining. Also, if the app is force closing while attempting to take a pic for a deposit a simple work around is to turn the flash on (little icon in upper right of camera screen).
Mostly ok Works just fine as long as I dont try and deposite a check. I have yet to get it to work once. I give up
