Yet ANOTHER major update and still no fingerprint scanner. Only bank that doesn't work with Samsung/Android Pay or have fingerprint scanner capabilities. I'm switching banks before i go to an iPhone. This bank is out of touch with customer demands, as every review has begged for both of those features, with no solution. It shocks me that they wouldn't have this integration for major flagship phones.
I like the app! It runs quickly and easily. My only suggestion / complaint is the lack of fingerprint login. I'd much rather be able to use my fingerprint to log in than type in my password
BOK is the only financial app on my phone without a fingerprint login, and other aspects of the GUI feel outdated. The app also opens itself every time your session times out which is extremely interruptful. If this doesn't seem like a big deal then consider that 90% of my interactions with BOK are through the app, so if their technology offerings aren't good then the company isn't good. Please think about this.
The app works fine but they are behind feature wise. I am prolly going to switch banks because they do not support Google pay and no fingerprint scanner login
Since the new update, the app doesn't work at all. Edit 2/11/18: I still can't log in with this app at all.
It will not work on my new samsung halo. It worked the first time I installed it, buy again! Contacted bok express bank and they have no clue why!
