Have to take off a couple of stars right now as every time when trying to log in the first time, you get the "Oops, username or password is incorrect" error despite both being correct. You can log in after the second attempt, but it should be working on the first attempt. This has been happening since the Oct 10 update. EDIT: Already uninstalled & reinstalled the app. The problem persists since your previous update.

I keep receiving notifications to " Clear cache because the app has a bug" and conveniently coincides with a fraud issue that I had just reported this morning. After seeing an unknown charge this morning I locked my card as suggested when I called to file the disputes. And sitting in my office at work on the phone filing the disputes, for what turned out to be 8 unauthorized charges, another charge was trying to be made while speaking with the lady in Fraud, but was declined, thankfully. Fix it!

update oct2025: horrible App, lack basic features. but it does match the terrible and ignorant customer service at the branches. not responding. update jul/29/25. not surprising, IT is suggesting that a reboot or reinstall is going to magically fix something that has not been debugged.
