Big disappointment when they upgraded because my old phone didn't work anymore (running Gingerbread). So I had to buy a new one, something I needed to do anyway. The upgrade for me works just like always--Great! Love being able to make deposits from home.The automatic picture snap is easy to turn off, as is auto flash.
Unreliable at best, worse than before This system seems unable to read account information even though it is clearly legible, even at the small size in the photo. It will take 10 or 12 photographs before the check will submit properly if ever. It takes longer to use the mobile app then it does to drive to the bank and make a deposit.
They ruined it with camera change. This app worked great for about 2 years, then they added automatic camera function that makes it nearly impossible to make mobile deposit. It took 2 hours and about 20 tries to get a single deposit made. I had to resort to an entirely black, matte background and perfect lighting. Even then, the camera function requires you to hold still for an uncomfortable.
. Does not always update purchases or withdrawals! !

Notifications The past few days the notification alerts stopped working. Can anything be done about this? I would rate 5 stars if the problem was fixed
