About this app

AdvPlan is the client app for law firms that use the AdvPlan platform. With it, you can track your cases, receive deadline and hearing notifications, send documents, and communicate with your lawyer without needing to call the office.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN THE APP

• Your cases in one place: case number, court, current stage, responsible lawyer, and updates shared by the firm.

• Deadlines and hearings: see what's coming up and receive a notification on your phone when there's news.

• Documents: download petitions, contracts, and receipts, and send documents to the office directly from your camera or gallery.

• Document signing: when the firm sends a contract or power of attorney for you to sign, it appears in the app with the signature link.

• Legal opinions: read the legal opinions your lawyer has prepared on your case.

• Payments: check what's outstanding and pay via Pix, bank slip, or card through the firm's secure link.

• My account: update your contact information and choose how you want to be notified (WhatsApp, email, or notification).

HOW TO LOG IN

Access is granted by your law firm. Open the app, enter the address of the firm's portal (it's in the invitation you received) and log in with the link sent via WhatsApp or email, or with the password you registered.

Each firm has its own identity within the app: logo, colors, and contact channels.

PRIVACY

Your data is protected. Only you and your firm have access to your case information. AdvPlan complies with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
