Alô Saúde Floripa is a pre-clinical health information and guidance service by telephone or video call, which operates 24 hours a day and still offers benefits to the population in the municipal health system in the city of Florianópolis.
Assistance is provided by a team of trained health professionals. Our goal is not to replace medical appointments, prescribe prescriptions or order tests, but to contribute to improving the health of those who use the service, reliably guiding them in the conduct to be taken, reducing risks, reducing costs and providing greater peace of mind with the service available at any time of the day or night. We will solve doubts about when it will be necessary to look for a Health Center, an Emergency Unit or a Hospital.
