Excellent and clean app. Makes handling my money very simple. As an old-fashioned person, I stuck to in-branch banking for many years. Life is much easier when you don't have to spend so much time sorting out your finances!

Needs to go in person to the agency to solve problems, as now (12/17/2021) the notifications topics stack instead of grouping together and cannot be silenced by topic, which is annoying.

The biggest concern is that everytime that we change smartphone, we need to go in person in the agency, take a huge queue to finally enable a new device even in that quarantine period.
