About this app

Hospital Help is a personal organization and wellness app that brings together your health information in one place, simply, practically, and securely.

The app does not require the use of external devices to function and can be used entirely with only manual data entry.

The app does not perform diagnoses, monitor clinical conditions, or interpret health values.

With the app, you can:

• Manually register data such as weight, height, medications, and notes;

• Organize your personal history and track routine information;

• Schedule appointments and view your commitments;

• Receive important notifications and reminders about appointments and care;

• Access telehealth services provided by the partner institution, when applicable;

• Access general content about self-care, healthy habits, and well-being.

⚙️ Using the app (independent of external devices)

Hospital Help works completely without any external device.

All main functionalities are available only with manual use, which is the standard way to use the app. The user can manually enter data such as:

• blood pressure
• heart rate
• temperature
• oximetry
• personal data
• routine information

🔌 Optional use with external devices (not mandatory)

The use of external devices is optional and serves only to facilitate the automatic filling of data.

When available, compatible devices such as:

• blood pressure monitors
• oximeters
• digital thermometers
• heart rate monitors

can be connected to automatically import values.

Important:

• The application does not depend on these devices to function
• Without devices, all functionalities remain available normally
• Data can always be entered manually
