Gringo is authorized to act in the payment of traffic fines and other debts related to the vehicle as accredited to the National Traffic Secretariat, according to SENATRAN Ordinance No. 1317/2020 and 658/2023 and in accordance with SENATRAN Ordinance No. 149/2018. This accreditation allows Gringo to be accredited directly with the State Traffic Departments, State Finance Departments and other agencies. Using the information provided by the user, Gringo collects driver and vehicle data from information provided by state agencies (such as the São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Minas Gerais Department of Transportation, among others) and national agencies (such as the SENATRAN), as specified in Gringo's Privacy Policy.

The interest rate is calculated based on your financial history and collateral.
For a vehicle loan of R$10,000 with a 60-month term, the installments will be R$795.49 - APR of 7.29%.
Total Effective Cost (APR): minimum of 1.77% and maximum of 10% per month.
