About this app

HC+Saúde is a personal organization and wellness app that brings together your health information in one place, in a simple, practical, and secure way. The app does not make diagnoses, monitor clinical conditions, or interpret health values.

With the app, you can:

• Manually record data such as weight, height, medications, and notes;

• Organize your personal history and track routine information;

• Schedule appointments and view your commitments;

• Receive important notifications and reminders about appointments and care;

• Access telehealth services provided by the partner institution, when applicable;

• Access general content about self-care, healthy habits, and well-being.

⚙️ Registration modes: Manual and Assisted with external devices

The app can be used in two ways:

1. Manual Mode (without external devices)

All app functionalities remain available in manual mode.

The user can manually enter data such as:

• blood pressure
• heart rate
• temperature
• oximetry
• personal data
• routine information
In manual mode, the application functions normally, and the records are made by the user.

2. Assisted Mode (with compatible external devices)

Some functionalities offer automatic filling when the user connects compatible personal devices, such as:

• blood pressure monitors
• oximeters
• digital thermometers
• heart rate monitors
In these cases, the value obtained by the device is only imported to speed up the recording.

These functionalities depend on external devices to operate in this mode.

Without the devices, they remain available only manually.
