To facilitate the daily lives of our members, we created the CRA – Member Relationship Center. This channel aims to provide information, receive suggestions, compliments, reports, complaints, clarify payment questions, issue duplicate invoices, and other services—all quickly and simply.

The AAPV app was developed to offer a safe, intuitive, and accessible experience. Through it, members can view financial data, activate 24/7 assistance, and contact the Association directly. With a user-friendly interface, the app provides a smooth and enjoyable experience.
