Impossible to verify with WhatsApp, even though it says you can (only with certain country code prefixes). This means it's impossible to buy your food without a Brazilian phone number. The button to send a WhatsApp code instead sends you to the browser, and then to WhatsApp to send a customer service message that they never reply to. This system is obviously just designed to save money on paying staff. It wouldn't make anything more convenient for the customer even if it worked.

Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. It takes up to 2 days to be verified if you don't have a CPF. This is quite stupid, because if you download the app, it means you are already in front of the food dispensers, and you are trying to buy food in this moment, not in two days! please change that, because it makes absolutely no sense! there are plenty of tools that allow you to verify customers almost in real time!

Terrible. I just want to buy some stuff and have to make an extra long registration with passport and all of that. FOR A SNACK? ridiculous. I rather go to a supermarket.
