When you tap the widget you get two plus and minus buttons, one to increase the number of glasses and one to decrease.
You can use this widget in two ways:
1. just to press plus every time you drink a glass of water;
2. set your target glasses in the morning using the plus button, and every time you drink one, you press minus do decrease, so you know how many glasses you still need to drink to achieve your goal for the day.
The next feature will be notifications, so that the phone reminds you to drink water (really useful for me).
