Some customers continue to access the products in the Minha Oi application. Soon the functionalities of the two applications will be together so that your experience is complete.
Identify your profile to know which app to use, Oi_e or Minha Oi.
1. I HAVE CONTRACTED THE INTERNET OI FIBER, MY PRODUCT HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED, BUT I AM HAVING ACCESS PROBLEMS
We need your data and description of the problem to guide the solution. Send an e-mail to us at oi_eapp@oi.net.br inform your full name, phone number registered at Oi_e with area code.
2. I CONTRACTED THE INTERNET BUT IT HAS NOT YET BEEN INSTALLED
Wait for the installation and access the Oi_e application again.
3. MY INTERNET IS INACTIVE OR CANCELLED

Manage products in the Minha Oi application.
