About this app

Access documents related to the Chamber's legislative processes, including:

• Search Municipal Legislation by keyword, topic/classification, number, date range, and validity status;

• Search Proposals by keyword, number, submission period, and document status.

• Displays the complete processing of a given proposal, listing the fields: sender, recipient, purpose of processing, date of submission, response deadline, response date, processing result, links to documents linked to the processing, as well as supplementary information/observations;

• Search session documents (Agendas and Minutes of the Order of the Day), showing the following information: session number, session type, date and time of the meeting and observations, text of the session, and processing status.

• With direct links to the documents and files that comprise it.

• View Council Member Attendance, showing presences, absences, justified absences, and leaves of absence, displaying the date/time, session number, and type.

• View Voting Records displaying the matters voted on, type of vote, phase, quorum, and voting result, totaling votes in favor, against, absent, abstentions, and the individual vote of each council member.

• View the list of sitting Council Members, displaying their name, party, email, phone number, links to submitted proposals, session attendance, and individual votes.

• Access also in other document formats, if available, such as PDF, HTML, DOCX, and DOC.

• Search using the search and "Recent" screens. Perform the search without filling in any fields (returning the most recent results) or fill in the fields you wish.

• Choose between Simple, Textual, and Advanced Search.

• Use Text Search to search the text available on the document's subject or its composition, using double quotes and/or connectors for a more comprehensive search. See some examples:
- tap + hole (containing both the words "tapa" and "hole");
- alteration - partial (containing "alteration" and not "partial");
- "water tank" or "water tank" (containing one of the two expressions);
- not weigh (not containing the expression);
- "alters and (devices or rural)" (containing the term "alters" and one of the two words "devices" or "rural");

• Use Advanced Search to search for the details that make up the document or the "object" to be searched. You can also search by the period in which it was made (available only for some searches).
