About this app
Application developed to record the Works Diary of public works managed by the Sider solution.
Sider is a platform for managing public works from the perspective of the government (state or federal).
Allows the elaboration of budgets using market price references and the creation of own compositions and the management of public works contracts from the signature until the end of the contractual term, enabling the control of contractual amendments and the elaboration of measurements.
Through the Diário de Obras application, the representative of the contracted company makes a note of the daily occurrences about the work (weather conditions, activities and occurrences, labor and equipment used) and forwards the notes for inspection by the representative of the contracted party (inspector of works), so that both can interact about the events during the execution of the work, without the need for the inspector to be at the construction site daily.
The application also allows the recording of photos of the work via camera and using the device's GPS to capture the geographical coordinates of the photo, in order to track whether the photos are really about the location of the work.
The Works Diary is fully integrated with the SIDER platform, so it is not necessary to create works in the app.
Updates on contracts (deadlines, stoppages, tax changes, among others) are automatically displayed in the application, always observing the timeline of each work.
