Terrible interface. Impossible to change addresses. Initial setup process takes around 15min after few failed attempts. I can't believe how such a bad app is widely spread in Brazil. They maybe offering high incentives to hostels, hotels, airbnb host etc. It is faster washing your clothes by hand 100%

What a scam organization. They charge R10.29 for a wash or dry in each machine, but you can on only recharge by R10 increments, so if you visit a building using this app and conpany, you get ripped off. Also, it is absolutely impossible to change apartments. Customer service said you need to create a new account with a new email. This is an almost criminally incompetent organization.

Awful to use at every step of the way. You can only add credit in preset increments so you have to add more than the cost of a single wash (not great if you're visiting a hostel and only want to use it once), and you can only book a time slot, so if the machine isn't in use you can't select start *now*, you have to wait until the next hour. One of the most frustrating apps I've ever used.
