About this app

Every language has a story. And they are all loaded with prejudiced words and expressions.

Unfortunately these words are still used today and many people, unknowingly, repeat them day after day.

In the fight against prejudice, words matter.

Anti Prejudice is a Globo Condé Nast keyboard for the Android system that identifies hundreds of prejudiced words and suggests more appropriate synonyms every time one of these words is typed.

Prejudiced Words

For example, every time someone uses the word “Jew”, a prejudiced word related to Jews, the keyboard will suggest the synonym “mistreat”

When the typed word is "marica", a pejorative term, the keyboard will suggest "gay" or "homosexual".

If the typed word is “little woman”, a sexist word, the keyboard will suggest the word “sensitive”.

Prejudiced Expressions

The keyboard also identifies prejudiced expressions that we use in our daily lives, such as:

“Black market” and suggests “illegal market”.

"Half a bowl" and will suggest "worthless".

Languages

The Anti Prejudice Keyboard for Android is compatible with the following languages:

Portuguese

English

Spanish

Privacy

All information and conversations entered are kept confidential, respecting the privacy of users.

Word for word, we will help people to stop using prejudiced words in their daily lives.
