The app is simplistic, despite its large size. It is not very intuitive when it comes to viewing data usage. It displays data by day, but it should allow the user to choose how to view it, such as via a pie chart showing percentages and the actual amount of data consumed.

Worst service ever. They send you messages every single day, at least 3 times a day. They call you all the time, during the morning starting at 8am until 8pm. I was supposed to have Vivo services for 1 month but I just stopped to use my SIM card to not be bothered all the time. Such a bad experience.

Unable to register in the app as I don't have CPF. I have used my passport to buy the sim card . But I am unable to recharge my sim . If I call the customer care they don't answer and there is no service in English for the foreigners. Vivo was easier before not anymore
