I have not been able to use a single bit of functionality through this app. It constantly crashes, it needs to be granted way more access to your phone than it should be necessary, it's slow, it's unstable. The only thing that seems ok is the UI, which I can only look at for a few seconds before the app stops working. Quite literally unusable.

The application is pretty good and does what it needs to do. The infrastructure behind the application needs work. I got several transmission failures and was not able to check-in. Tried through the web front-end and got the same errors. So I'm surprised that an airline that should have reliability as their strongest feature can't keep they're system running all the time.
