About this app

The CAIXA Lottery App is free to download and offers a convenient and secure way to participate in CAIXA Lotteries directly from your cell phone. With it, you can place your bets anytime, anywhere in Brazil, with complete convenience.

To use the app, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry). The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, respecting the betting closing times established for each category.

You can pay for bets with PIX (Brazilian Social Security Number) or Credit Card. The minimum purchase amount is one (1) single bet.

With the app, you can:
- Place bets on all CAIXA Lotteries (except the Federal Lottery), including options such as Surpresinha (Little Surprise), Teimosinha (Little Bear), and now also Bolão CAIXA (Bonus Ball), directly from your cell phone;
- View your bet history;
- Check contest results;
- Check if your bets have won and start the prize claim process; - Check tickets purchased at lottery outlets by scanning their barcodes;
- Monitor the allocation of CAIXA Lotteries proceeds in real time;
- Learn about the Responsible Gaming Program, which offers guidance and support for responsible gaming. Information is available by calling 0800-726-0207 (Option 7 – Lotteries / 3 – Responsible Gaming) and visiting https://www.caixa.gov.br/jogo-responsavel, as well as at the Ministry of Health's Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS).

Horrible app! App horrível! Had 15min to make a bet so tried it online instead of waiting in line at the store & this slow/outdated app still makes me wait in line & also due to its bugs & slow loading pages I lost the opportunity to make the end of year bet cuz time was up... Tive 15min p/ faze a aposta então fui online invés de esperar fila na lotérica e esse app fraco/ultrapassado ainda me faz esperar fila. Tbm com bugs e página devagar perdi a oportunidade mega da virada pq o tempo acabou

Straightforward and simple to use. Navigating among the various loto options may be easier with a thumbnail screen instead of a full screen before selecting an option.

I've tried to know during the whole day how much money I've gained in my bets. But the app hasn't worked today.
