SISP Cidadão is the public safety app of the State of Rio de Janeiro, designed for citizens. Through it, you can report incidents, track your reports, and quickly reach emergency numbers.
ELECTION REPORT
Report vote buying, electioneering, illegal campaigning, transportation of voters, and other irregularities. You can speak instead of writing: the app records the report, modifies your voice on the device before sending, and transcribes what was said for you to review. You can attach photos, videos up to one minute long, or links, and indicate where the incident occurred. The report can be anonymous.
REPORT OF A WANTED VEHICLE
Did you check a license plate and it has a record of theft or robbery? Report where the vehicle was seen, with or without identifying yourself.
INCIDENT MAP
See what has been reported in your region and help prioritize the investigation by confirming, or not, what other people have reported. No third-party reports, names, or protocols appear on the map.
FOLLOW-UP
Every report receives a protocol number. If you identify yourself, you can track the situation through the app and be notified when it changes. As long as no one has started analyzing it, you can cancel the report.
VEHICLE CONSULTATION
Consult public data and license plate restrictions. Point the camera at the license plate and the app reads the number for you.
EMERGENCY
Shortcuts to 190 (Military Police), 193 (Fire Department), 192 (SAMU - Emergency Medical Service), and 180 (Women's Helpline). The call is made using your phone's dialer, and you confirm the call.
Access is via your gov.br account.
