Bug after bug all year long. This app is a service we pay for yet it's full of bugs. For a while it was duplicating people's post, then it provides you a link but when the app open the window you see says (ooops! Something went wrong) the text also doesn't support copy and paste option. Looking at the screen shots the app looks very professional yet it's full of bugs and lack essential functions also TS support never follows up on any email or ticket created, there's room for improvement.

The App does not mimic what is represented here on the play store. I do not find any of the features as represented. The only thing I can find are plenty of documents. Cannot find requests. Search bar does not help in any way. I've tried updating which didn't work. I've tried Uninstalling then re-installing which didn't work. Is it a community by community issue?

I don't know where to start with this app. There are so many issues, the user interface is extremely jumbled, there's no way to search posts, the process of posting something is needlessly tedious, as many have mentioned there's no editing or deleting a post, pictures never load properly, the app moves too slow. This app has the potential to be extremely useful but at present using it is a chore. I wouldnt keep it on my phone if it wasn't my HOAs preferred method of contact
