Best BT control app I have seen. Few sudgestions i can give to improve this. 1. Horn button currently has ON/OFF toggle option and it would be nice to hav a push-ON and relese-OFF type like in Forward/Backward buttons 2. Currently this app send a "D" key when disconnecting BT as a superb feature. It will be nice to have a key send when connecting app to BT also.

The app works great! I really like the "Accelerometer Control" feature. I have an HC-06 BT device connected to my robot with an Arduino Nano. The only issue I have is I can't get the robot to stop 🛑. I've coded for it with letter code "S", but it doesn't stop. Even if I turn my phone towards me or facing up. Update: To get around this issue I used the horn button in the app and coded the Arduino Nano to set all pins to LOW to stop all motors when the horn button is pressed.

Hi Andi, I'd like to thank you for your efforts done in that project and sharing your knowledge. I'm trying to modify RC car for my son. It's with one drive motor, and a servo motor for the steering. I'm using Arduino Uno and 293 driver. I modified a little bit your Fritzing sketch to adapt with my components. But unfortunately, there is something missing and I don't know what it is. I can't even switch the LEDs. I'm working on 9600 baud rate, I modified the sketch too. Is it essential to work on 115200?

Hello Khaled. The reason I increased the baud to 115200 was to prevent lockups (Arduino side) with Android 4.0+ and the 9600 baud. Does the phone connect to the module (solid LED on module)? Email me bluetoothrc@gmail.com
