Disappointed is an understatement. The video is so choppy - meaning it's not streamed, the feed comes through like a 1990's surveillance video. Anything moving jerks and you can't see what any of the dogs are doing. You can't even make out any of the dogs because you can't zoom. And every time you select a camera to view, you have to enter the password. It's awful quality - I can't believe this is all they can offer. And I paid the $5 yearly subscription, which now I know why it's so cheap.

Update..... I emailed the developer. I got a response almost immediately. They cancelled the "subscription" and refunded the extra charge. The extra charges shouldn't have happened. But, they dealt with it in a timely, professional manner. So, overall, decent app, good CS. . Beware! The single month option does not work! You will be charged monthly until you cancel your subscription through Google Play.

This app, as well as the website are extremely outdated. Pulling up the website on a desktop computer doesn't work, and none of camera load. Pulling up the website on a phone forces you to download this app. After paying a subscription, I was treated to a video with an abysmally slow framerate, and it might as well have been a slide show.
