Sounds good, but not! expected to see my dogs on the camera, but where I board they don't have cameras in every room. It seems as though my dogs always get put in a room with no camera. How convenient. Why pay if you can't see your dog. And camera is at odd angles. Is a refund an option?
Locked up when needed most Went to use for thanksgiving. Worked for about 12 hours then went to still frame. Contacted site and they had good camera feeds. Confirmed 2nd screen feed also locked up by using separate feed. Attempted to contact vendor on Friday to get resolved and was told to call back on Monday. Pointless given we were leaving on Saturday. Two weeks later still have not heard anything from service regarding refund or even an explanation. Holidays are a key time for this kind of service and not having any support?
Good for PC, not for Android. Choppy picture and grainy/fuzzy. Also, camera needs to cover whole room; closet door left open creates blind spot. Nap time screen was on 60% of time. Would still use for piece of mind next time.
Yessssss! I get to see my lil Baby making friends and having fun! That's all I could ask for, being a mommy to a furry lil monster Queen! LOL only issues I have is the quality of the video, no real options and no sound. But other than that it works just fine for me!
An inconsistent but necessary evil If I'm being forced to utilize an app, and being forced to pay to use it - it needs to work. Seriously. The inconsistency is something that both odoggy and our respective boarding places need to address. If you're listing webcam access as a feature of your boarding, IT NEEDS TO WORK. If I'm paying for your app, it needs to work.
