An inconsistent but necessary evil If I'm being forced to utilize an app, and being forced to pay to use it - it needs to work. Seriously. The inconsistency is something that both odoggy and our respective boarding places need to address. If you're listing webcam access as a feature of your boarding, IT NEEDS TO WORK. If I'm paying for your app, it needs to work.
Black screen I Was wanting to see my two pups in camp bow wow Duncanville I can see the outdoors areas but the indoors are all black it has been like this for many months still no fix app not worth it until they fix I paid for the year subscription
Worked perfectly Was able to check on my fur baby while away on vacation. My only issue was having to relogin if my screen timed out (I have it set at 30 seconds) but that's my only issue. It serves it's purpose in giving me peace of mind.
Sounds good, but not! expected to see my dogs on the camera, but where I board they don't have cameras in every room. It seems as though my dogs always get put in a room with no camera. How convenient. Why pay if you can't see your dog. And camera is at odd angles. Is a refund an option?
Save your money and avoid this app. What an awful piece of junk. While the interface is clunky I could deal with that if the feeds were good. Instead, the quality is awful with blocky video that plays choppier than you could imagine. This company should provide a sample video so potential purchasers can view the awful feeds before buying. It is definitely not my connection - I streamed HD video before and after attempted the app a few times. It is just bad.
Overall, nice to see dogs while on vacation The app fee was $1.99 separate from the boarding webcam fee of $3.00 each day at the boarding place I used. I wasn't informed that there was a separate app fee. Overall, was nice to see all 3 of my dogs while I was on vacation. Didn't like tho a couple times, I couldn't check on my dogs. Found out camera was turned off at 10pm by the boarding place. The other issue was the app locked up. Had some msg error. But overall Web video was clear. I would use again.
