How does it work?
By creating a single account, you gain access to the public transport operators STIB-MIVB, De Lijn, TEC, and SNCB-NMBS, the Taxis Verts service, Villo! and Voi bikes, Dott and Bolt bikes and kick scooters, and Poppy shared cars.

If you have a Cambio subscription, you'll also find the nearest stations and complete your booking with a direct link to the native app.

It used to be simple to understand your route options. Now unfortunately the map is completely covered with huge icons for every possible transport stop. When you zoom into the map the roads disappear (but the icons remain at the same scale, blocking all useful information) so it's impossible to actually orient yourself in the city. It's a poor piece of map design, and I feel like the designers need to be selective about what info to display at different zoom levels.

the most awful, most un-user-friendly, exasperating app ever... never works when I actually need it. I use the old STIB app for public transport (5 stars) and dont use micromobility options because there are always payment problems even if I add all the information required. Bring back Lime or make e-Villo easier and add more stations.

Only real use is to know what type of transport, scooter, bike, train etc is where...no profile synch or login unfortunately. This would help with consistent use. Now I just open the corresponding app for the better price or plan. this incl. mostly the bikes and scooters, but what the point otherwise. Once you can synch with your existing profiles of all the apps, it's worth it's crazy marketing spending in Brussels! ;)
