Hi, I am not able to do payment through netbanking and debit card of HDFC Bank. There is some technical fault which need to resolve it. There is mismatch in parameter in Suvidha App and HDFC API. Please resolve it soon

I updated the app on 23rd jan 2026, but it still isn’t working. Don’t you check it before releasing? It seems like your developer is just releasing the app every 1–3 days without properly testing it. Even after so many user reviews, the developer doesn’t feel ashamed to release it without fixing the bugs. Instead of resolving the issues, they are pushing out daily updates with the same problems.

Documents uploaded, but not proceeding further I hv applied for new connection. I had uploaded all the documents still received SMS stating documents error. When I am uploading documents it is showing as uploaded and all options are green ticked. But after the upload, there is no option to SUBMIT or NEXT to complete. I had called to help desk, they said to press SUBMIT BUTTON. But there is no such option in the app. There is an error in app. THIS APP IS HAVING SOME ISSUE.
