The app is useful in many ways but there is a huge let-down that has caused a lot of inconvenience for me. Kind of the opposite purpose of an app..... You can't screenshot your own claims history. It's rediculous. I don't see how allowing screen shots after securely logging in could possibly cause a breech of privacy or any other negative outcome. Needs to be fixed.

Most functions work well. The app is a bit slow and glitchy, though. The biggest downfall in my experience has been the chat function. Which has been functioning poorly. I have been instructed to 'leave a message in the chat' that will be responded to. I've received no response on multiple occasions.

The app used to work but not anymore, and it's been like this for 6 months now. Keeps complaining about no Internet connection. None of the features load properly. I never had problems claiming before but if the app doesn't work it's time to switch insurance providers.
