Below average Needs major improvements to make it useful, easy to use and provide a friendly and intuitive experience. These include fixing the outdated interface, better action feedback and implementing native members area (Web based portal to the bupa site is not an app). The members area is near useless anyway, will not accept current password when trying to change, lacks support for autofill and no claim limits.
Basic condensed website The user interface is pretty crude to say the least. Navigation buttons should be static (should be in a slide pane), login should be remembered (either via saving user ID or a PIN), need to get rid of the Bupa logo and logout banner from the main page (looks silly with the static myBupa badge up top). Needs more functionality (access to my contact details, etc would be helpful)
Needs improvement Provider location using maps is flakey, geo markers disappear. Login details should be remembered, and 4-digit login possible. Hospitals and extras cover details should be made available. Once logged into MyBupa, one cannot navigate back to initial app menu - instead, back button takes user to some odd web page. There are at least three things this app needs: 1. Make claims: this is good. 2. Find preferred providers: interface can be improved. 3. Display member plan details: this needs to be implemented!
Bupa App What's the point of this app?! Other health funds have apps that show whats left in their remaining benefits as well as showing their policy.. This app is very unimpressive. UNINSTALLED!

Desperately needs an update Ugly and clunky, unpleasant to use, looks and feels outdated. Unprofessional for a big corporation.
