Like other reviews, the app just tells you what cover you're on and what you've claimed. What would be useful is if they had functionality to tell me how much benefits I have remaining to use!
It doesnt actually tell u anything but your level of cover. If it could tell u what u can claim and what amount is claimable left on each item and person covered for it. That could be so usefull and id spend more money knowing i can claim and claim more
It would be great if the app could catch up to other provides and allow clients to claim their prescription receipts. Photo of a receipt, submit and done...
Terrible app. Gives you only basic information. Practically useless.
Worst App. Bupa making so much money year after year but cant spend money to improve App. People have already provided feed since 2016. Nothing changed in 2 years. This shows how much they care. Cannot see payment history, cannot make payment, change direct debit details, individual benefits used, how much remaining, what is covered and what not, suspend policy if going overseas, medicare item numbers and how much Bupa will cover. So much potential to reduce incoming calls but no. They are happy to keep customers waiting on phone for hours. They will waste 2018 as well and developers is going to continue to ask for feedback. Haven't you got enough feedback to bring some change?
Entering a Date of Birth is torturous! Can't understand how anyone thought this app was worth releasing.
