It is time to get in shape? The Sally Challenge is here to improve you and your body. This is a Fitness App based on the Sally Challenge. You don't know what the Sally Challenge is? Google it or try this App, It is easy and effective!
In my eyes it is not just a Challenge, but also a good way to train your body. This is why I have made two modes. Challenge mode and Workout mode. It just takes a few minutes every day, and the results are great. And you can see how you are doing in the statistic.
With this App you get the exact sequence of the Sally Challenge. The App counts how many times you can bring Sally up and bring Sally down. It also keeps track of your personal best and your average result. Also you can choose between different exercises. By the way, all exercises get separate statistics.
No matter if you do Push Ups, Squats or any other exercise. To most of them you can apply the Sally method.
Right now, i have implemented Push Ups, Pull Ups, Squats and Bridges. In Future there will be more. Tell me, which exercise you want next!

How do the modes work?
- Challenge mode: Try your best, stop when you can not bring Sally up any more.
- Workout mode: Select all the Exercises you want (up to 5). Then try your best. If you can not bring Sally up anymore, do not worry. wait for the exercise to finish, then continue with the next one.
For what do i need the permissions?
- Internet: it is for the Ad. There is only one Ad per use for monetarization. No other form of monetarization.
- Wake Lock: it is for the notification. You can disable it in the settings, if you do not want to get notifications.
