In my eyes it is not just a Challenge, but also a good way to get fit. This is why I have made two modes. Challenge mode and Workout mode. It just takes a few minutes every day to get a fit body.
With The Sally Challenge you get the exact sequence of the Sally Challenge Song. The Sally Challenge counts how many times you can bring Sally up and bring Sally down again. Also you can choose between different exercises.
No matter if you like to do Push Ups, Squats or any other exercise to stay or get fit. To most of them you can use The Sally Challenge.

How do the modes work?
- Challenge mode: Try your best, stop when you can not bring Sally up any more.
- Workout mode: Select all the Exercises you want (up to 5). Then try your best. If you can not bring Sally up anymore, do not worry. wait for the exercise to finish, then continue with the next one.
